Separation of triglycerides in Coconut oil
Triglycerides can be analyzed with GC-MS using VF-1ms columns. Temperature was extended to 375 °C
which resulted in an analysis time of 8 minutes. The FactorFour VF-1ms phase showed excellent stability
and acceptable background even at extreme high temperatures.
